The guest rooms at Kathleen's were awesome! I loved that they had a flat-screen TV, perfect for karaoke nights. The fridge was a great addition too for keeping our drinks cool. And the wardrobe and kettle were super convenient for our stay.
Personally, I found the DVD player in the room a bit outdated, but hey, to each their own.

The location of the B&B was great, right in the heart of a charming fishing village with narrow streets. It had a quirky and unique character that we really enjoyed. the breakfast served was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. We especially loved the freshly cooked breakfast items.
There were a couple of issues during our stay. the room we stayed in had a bathroom door that was almost see-through, which made us uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B in Aberdeenshire and had a wonderful experience. The location of the village, perched on a cliff, was absolutely breathtaking. The landlady, Kathleen, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The B&B itself was nestled in a quiet yet central part of the village. The breakfast each morning was beautifully cooked and absolutely delicious. Gardenstown has a quirky charm and plenty of down-to-earth character, making it a fantastic place to explore and enjoy.
I had a lovely stay at the B&B, but there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The room I stayed in had a door with glass that resembled a bathroom window, which might make some people feel uncomfortable due to the transparency.

We had a fantastic stay in this village right by the ocean with narrow streets and a superb pub. The hotel's terrace has cracking views of the sea, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions.
Nothing not to love about this hotel and its location.

This delightful B&B is located on a steep hillside with narrow streets, near a cracking pub, and offers stunning ocean views from the terrace. the rooms are cozy and comfortable, with complimentary coffee and tea. the shared bathroom is well-maintained and has a power shower that delivers a constant supply of hot water. Kathleen, the owner, is friendly and accommodating, serving an excellent breakfast with a good choice. Her photography is also impressive and well worth checking out.
One of the rooms had a glass door that made the guest feel uncomfortable when changing.

I recently stayed at Kathleen's B&B and had a lovely time. The location in the beautiful fishing village was perfect for walks to the harbor and beach. Kathleen herself was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast served in the cozy kitchen/dining room was excellent. Despite a minor issue with parking, I overall had a pleasant and relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend Kathleen's B&B for a peaceful getaway. I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly return in the future.

Easter weekend at this bed and breakfast was amazing! The location was perfect, in a peaceful and quiet area away from the city noise. The free WiFi was a blessing in disguise for those who want to stay connected with the outside world. The breakfast was scrumptious and had a good variety to choose from. The room was very clean and tidy; the warm and comfortable space was perfect for a weekend getaway.
The downside was the lack of fresh air in the room. It was quite stuffy and airless.
